Olympian Carol Rodriguez: Gaming for Good with Xbox
Olympian Carol Rodriguez recognizes this time of year can be stressful for some so the “Family Fun” contest was created to ease the wallet and bring families closer.
Los Angeles, CA, December 1, 2011: Tis the season to be jolly! Olympian Carol Rodriguez is all about the family and the holidays gives her a chance to spend time with her family. Carol is a President’s Challenge Ambassador to help fight childhood obesity and all things that are positive for kids.
On Black Friday it was such a demand for the Xbox bundle at retail stores but not everyone was able to leave the store with the Xbox in hand. On top of the declining economy this time of the year can be hard for families.
With that in mind, she created a contest called “Family Fun” for her Twitter fans. They can send in pictures or videos of their favorite family moments to xboxfamilyfun@gmail.com. The pictures or videos can be funny or just show what their family loves to do.
Why did she choose Xbox? Xbox has new family games to bring families together in their favorite space for a night of fun without having to leave their home and spend extra money.
Contest starts December 1st and ends December 15th.
The lucky family will win an Xbox bundle for Christmas and stay active indoors while having fun together.
