”The Chef’s Loft” was born out of Terri Nesmith’s love of food and wine and sharing them with cool people. From the simple idea of attainable gourmet cooking, a revolution in cooking classes has evolved into a Downtown LA phenomenon and soon a TV series! One which allows the viewing audience to ask the chefs or mixologists real time questions via social media. The Chef Loft’s classroom format, affords the viewing audience the benefit of hearing organic responses to the participants’ questions. Terri’s charismatic and diverse guests indulge in hands-on lessons like plating, sauces, spices and more to the basics of mixology such as to the importance of using fresh juices; how to make the perfect cocktail, and what tools to have on hand when setting up your bar at home.
